Billing, taxes and payment details
Pro and Business are subscriptions. They renew automatically each month or year until you cancel, and you can cancel any time.
Payments in India are processed by Razorpay. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders outside India.

A4, A5, Letter or a custom page. Tamvya works out how many labels fit, and you can start at any label on a used sheet.
From a spreadsheet
One label per row of an Excel or CSV file, with serial numbers and dates: up to 2,000 rows per print on Pro and 10,000 on Business. The file stays in your browser.
Printers, drivers and label rolls differ. Tamvya doesn’t guarantee that a particular printer will work, so print a test label (it has rulers and a border to check the size) before a large run.

How does the Pro trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Pro, once. It starts automatically when you confirm your email address (or straight away with Google sign-in), and no card is needed. During the trial you get:
- 20 prints
- spreadsheet printing up to 2,000 rows per print
- 10 AI credits
When the 14 days end, your workspace moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
How does the Business trial work?
You can try Business free for 14 days, once, with no card needed. During the trial you get:
- 20 prints
- spreadsheet printing up to 10,000 rows per print
- 10 AI credits
When the 14 days end, your workspace goes back to the plan it had before.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in the app. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then your workspace moves to Free. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment: see the Refund Policy.
Are prices before tax?
Yes. In India, GST is added where applicable. Outside India, Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it applies. The total, with any tax, is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do you choose which prices I see?
From your device’s time zone, the same way the app does. If it’s set to India time, you see prices in Indian rupees and pay with Razorpay. Everywhere else, you see prices in US dollars and pay through Paddle.
What does “unlimited” mean?
Pro and Business have no fixed limit on designs, prints or exports for normal business use. If an account’s use is far beyond that, for example automated use that strains the service, we may get in touch or set a limit.
What happens to my designs if I go back to Free?
They stay in your account. Up to 3 stay editable on Free; the rest become view-only until you upgrade again or archive some.
